POLI8 is an AI-driven sounding for clinical decisions: a guideline-intelligence layer that re-checks board recommendations against the relevant prostate cancer guidelines, highlights missing or inconsistent information, and provides transparent, referenced suggestions for the team to consider - clinicians stay firmly in the lead. We start in prostate oncology and design the engine to transfer across tumor entities and, over time, other disciplines where complex, frequently updated guidelines make consistency hard under time pressure. Deployment options and workflows follow strict protection requirements and keep identifiable data out of scope. The goal: a reliable second look and auditability that strengthen quality assurance without automating decisions.

POLI8 is being co-developed with leading Swiss prostate-oncology clinicians and senior AI specialists, and the prototype is already in clinical use. Early deployments indicate high guideline concordance, faster preparation for e.g. tumor boards, and strong clinician acceptance. On this basis, we'll expand POLI8 across additional tumor entities and, over time, other medical domains. The product follows a clinician-led, AI-assisted approach: transparent, referenced suggestions for a documented second look. Engineered for hospital-grade integration and scalable rollout across sites and networks.
